博天堂官方入口登陆登录坚持初级住院医师的要求, which means all full-time undergraduate students are required to live in on-campus housing until they reach senior standing (92 credits) or are 23 years of age or older by the beginning of the academic year.
住房免税
每年, full-time undergraduate students who wish to commute or live off-campus must submit an Off-校园 Application to request an approved exemption from the residency requirement. 如果校外申请请求被拒绝, students will be subject to the residency requirement and will need to complete the On-校园 住房 Application.
Students who have not been approved for release from the residency requirement and/or fail to submit an application and license agreement for campus housing will be charged for a traditional double room and the minimum resident meal plan until the terms of the residency requirement have been satisfied.
The following documentation is required when submitting the Off-校园 Application for exemption:
- Students who are married or with a domestic partner must present a legal marriage certificate
- Students who are the primary caregiver to a child/dependent must show proof of tax return, 保险卡或受抚养人的出生证明
- Students with a documented medical condition must be approved through Carroll University Accessibility Services
- Students who plan on living with their parent/legal guardian within 50 miles of campus must provide verification of residency at the parent/guardian address

- Students who may have other unique situations must submit a personal statement and any supporting documentation

The $250 housing deposit is non-refundable and will be applied as a credit to your fall student bill. May 1 is the priority deadline to complete your application and be eligible to participate in the First-Year Self-Selection process to choose your own room.

The priority deadline is typically set one month later in March for completing your housing application and being eligible to participate in the self-selection process.*
*The housing application process and selection timeline for academic year 2023-2024 is currently delayed due to system upgrades. Returning students will be notified via their Carroll email when the application is available.
住房选择

- 合资格的学生将于三月获分配选课时段. Priority is based on a lottery system that determines total credits earned by the start of the upcoming academic year as well as the application complete date.

- Students who do not participate in the self-selection process will be part of the general lottery for assignment of a housing placement after May 1.
- Late applications are accepted on a rolling basis and will be assigned a housing placement by the housing office after selection deadlines have passed.
Confirmed and currently enrolled students who wish to apply for on-campus housing or submit an off-campus application to request exemption can log in to the Pio住房门户.

- Students must complete either an on or off-campus application if not automatically exempt from the residency requirement.
- A $250 non-refundable housing deposit is required when submitting this agreement. The $250 deposit will be applied as a credit to the student's first semester bill. Only when this deposit is paid is the application considered complete and eligible for room assignment.
- The housing application is for a full academic year and baring withdrawal, students are expected to complete the full duration of the application, 包括许可协议规定的所有费用.
